ABC carries Lennox, Carrier, Amana and Amana Distinctions and more. Our team is happy to work together with you to find the right make and model for your situation.

How long does the lease term last?

The lease term lasts for 12 years, after which you own the equipment. Typical useful life for an air conditioner with proper maintenance is approximately 10 to 15 years.

Can I buy the AC unit after leasing?

You will own the equipment after the lease term is up.

Do I have to replace AC filters myself?

Yes.

On the recommendation of a family member, I hired ABC Plumbing to take care of the disconnect and reconnect of my kitchen sink plumbing when I had new counter tops installed.  The process for booking the appointment was seamless and they were very accommodating when I was given very short notice of the counter top installation date.  The work on both days was completed perfectly and in a very timely manner.  The plumb, Chad, even accommodated a pre-existing appointment and was able to fit me in for the reconnect saving me another day of “pioneer life” living without water in the kitchen! I called them about a water leak and the technician was at my door in less than a half-hour.  He was courteous and professional, explained the issue, and put in a temporary fix that stopped the leak and allowed me to turn my water back on.  He explained what he did and left me a detailed quote for a new piece of equipment.  The next day another friendly and professional employee came early and installed the permanent fix in less than an hour.
